We would always recommend that you use the escalation matrix before raising a complaint where possible, to ensure that the correct people are aware of your concern and can deal with it as a matter of priority.

However, if you feel that your query has not been dealt with successfully as per the escalation process, please get in touch by filling out the form with as much detail as possible, so that we can try to put matters right.
