General Condition: C8 Sales and Marketing of Mobile Communications Services

This Policy Statement applies to Digital Wholesale Solutions Limited (CRN: 4211657) and/or Digital Wholesale Solutions Worldwide Limited (CRN: 4290183) and/or Anglia Telecom Centres Limited (CRN: 2114602) and/or its or their licensors and/or each of its subsidiary companies.

Our Obligations

Under Ofcom’s General Conditions of Entitlement Daisy Wholesale are required to ensure that you, as our Partner, are aware of your requirements under this General Condition (GC).

Your Obligations

GC C8 covers the requirements that must be in place for the customer switching process, including:
  • Prevent mis-selling
  • Publish relevant obligations
  • Obligations with mobile service retailers
  • Information at the point of sale
  • Provision of relevant mobile services
  • Records retention
  • Training
  • Due diligence
  • Use of information
  • Sales incentives
With regards to publication of relevant obligations, you as the regulated provider, must publish a comprehensive summary of your obligations under GC C8 located on your website.
