DWS adds more digital wholesale solutions with Giacom acquisition
Digital Wholesale Solutions is excited to announce the acquisition of Giacom, the Channel-only cloud services provider. The deal will provide significant benefit for our partners as the worlds of IT, Telecoms and Cloud continue to converge and accelerate.
Giacom is a fast-growing technology business delivering cloud software solutions through its Cloud Market platform, the UK’s largest independent cloud portal. Today, it supports 3,300 partners who in turn look after over 70,000 end-user SMEs and over 1 million individual licences. The team at Giacom have achieved incredible growth over the last four years, capitalising on an industry shift towards cloud-based solutions and flexible ways of working.
Giacom has developed a strong relationship with Microsoft, attaining Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Tier 2 status (CSP-T2). It supplies a range of Microsoft Cloud products (including Exchange, SharePoint, Office 365, Dynamics 365, Azure & Teams) as well as an extensive portfolio of complementary non-Microsoft SaaS products (e.g. Acronis Back up, Bitdefender).
