What do you love most about working for DWS?
What don’t I love? DWS is a fantastic place to work, its full of opportunities and they make you feel really valued as an employee.
What does your day-to-day role involve?
My day-to-day involves managing our business partners’ accounts, ensuring that they always have the best service available to them at any given time. I am always on hand to offer any guidance they might need or any assistance with creating bespoke deals for their customers. I regularly support my partners by helping them navigate our price guides and liaising with the networks on their behalf to ensure that they are getting a great deal, which allows them to get the edge over their competition.
What have you learnt during your time at DWS?
Before I started at DWS I had no previous sales knowledge or experience and now I manage my own set of accounts and feel like my knowledge and skillset has expanded massively since working here. At DWS there is no such thing as stupid questions, you can ask anything you like knowing that you will be given the correct answer and not be made to feel bad about it. I have learned the ins and outs of the business and how best to manage our partners.
Why would you recommend a role at DWS?
I would 100% recommend any role at DWS because you are treated with respect and there is so much scope for progression! When I began my career at DWS, I started out in an admin role and now I work in sales and manage a range of amazing accounts. As mentioned, I had no previous sales experience, but with the right mentor and the right training provided by DWS I have managed to achieve so much.
