What do you love most about working for DWS?
I love that I work in an environment that fosters innovation and inclusivity of its staff, the fact that every day is different keeps it interesting, as well as allowing for growth within my role.
What does your day-to-day role involve?
As part of the Internal Engagement team, I deliver initiatives across the business from engagement and training to health and wellbeing. I have run many initiatives in the past around mental health, nutrition support for staff and being a trained personal trainer myself, I have delivered many free online PT sessions to staff while everyone is working remotely.
What have you learnt during your time at DWS?
To have a flexible business approach and coaching style. Use the resources we have within the business and don’t be afraid to ask.
