If your customer requires basic features, such as Blind Transfers, Anonymous Call Reject, Number Withheld, Call Hold or On-Hold Music, the Phone System add-on will meet their needs. But for customers who require a little bit more from the call handling, Microsoft Phone System will not be enough.

SIP2teams with HV.Select also offers more generous calling plans than Microsoft’s counterpart. Microsoft Business Voice provides a phone system with conferencing, packaged to include domestic calls; for the UK, this includes UK local, national and mobile. For calls to other numbers, customers will need to buy pre-paid communication credits with steep the pence per minute rates, compared to what we are used to.

SIP2teams provides your customers with more inclusive minutes and lower cost calls to international and other UK numbers. Additionally, your customers do not need to purchase calling credit when they go over their allowance, enabling them to save time and improve their calling experience. The market opportunity

The market for Direct Routing in Teams is growing at an exponential rate as companies across the UK have been forced to embrace the collaboration tool to enable home working. Microsoft has reported that they now have 75 million users on their platform, but very few of these users currently have the capacity for voice.
