Back in June of this year, Digital Wholesale Solutions was proud to receive the award for O2’s Distributor of the Year, presented by the network. This award from O2 reflects our total performance across mobile, digital and churn in 2018. Winning this is a testament to the multiple areas of the business that engage with the O2 teams and the dedicated hard work our staff put in to supporting our partners every day.As a reward to our Network Mobile and Hardware teams who contributed to such an achievement, on Friday 13th December, we were joined by O2 at our offices in Ipswich for an O2 Office Takeover. On the day, we welcomed our staff from our branches in Ipswich, Prudhoe and Nelson, as well as our field-based Business Development Managers to celebrate our success together.
O2 decorated the office with bunting, balloons and posters – leaving no space of the office untouched. Each member of our Network Mobile and Hardware team were also treated with an individual gift bag full of O2 branded goodies for our staff to enjoy.
And that’s not all, the big surprise on the day was an O2 branded arcade-style grabber machine full of exciting prizes to be won. From lanyards, mints and electric smartphone fans, to wine, gift cards, hampers and vouchers, it’s fair to say that this machine and the prizes included were certainly a big hit with everyone on the day. O2 also treated staff to a pizza lunch and the team’s first round of drinks at our Christmas party in the evening.

It’s safe to say that we were well and truly spoilt by O2 and had a fantastic day celebrating our successful partnership with the network. Without the support of our partners, winning this award at the O2 Partner Conference last summer would not have been possible and we very much look forward to working together in the New Year and beyond!
