Digital Wholesale Solutions takes partners on an insightful adventure with CAT Phones
On the 18th July, Digital Wholesale Solutions, in partnership with CAT Phones, hosted an exclusive partner event at the stunning Coombe Abbey in Coventry.
The day was packed full of insight, with presentations from DWS Operational Sales Director, Angie Ablard, and members of the CAT Phones sales and marketing teams. Partners got to understand the Digital Wholesale Solutions journey, products and support available, and the addressable opportunity in the rugged device market.
Partners were invited to get hands on with the full range of demo devices brought along by CAT Phones, including the fantastic S61, which carries a number of unique features such as the built-in air quality sensor and FLIR thermal imaging camera. Attendees said that using the devices there and then really contributed to their overall understanding of features and functionality, and how these could subsequently address some of the requirements of their customers in certain verticals, whether these be existing or potential opportunities.
Late afternoon saw a presentation from our very own Daniel Coughlan, Marketing Manager for the Distribution department at DWS, who delivered a small session on marketing and what partners could do following the event to begin to target customers with messaging around the devices they had seen.
To finish, partners were then invited to take part in an adventure with Go Ape, testing themselves at dizzying heights in the treetops of Coombe Abbey’s gardens. A mix of staff, from DWS and CAT Phones took part, alongside a number of partners, taking each other on in a series of exciting and unique challenges.
